Yes, I'm a former farmer. Sort of. I'm also an amateur radio operator, amateur astronomer, gardener, maker of furniture, photographer.

If you made that I would like to know how much it would cost me for you to make some of the same kind of medallions that say “Jesus Hears Your Prayers” (No illustration required.) — Not making an offer here, just inquiring about possibilities. (Maybe a cross inscribed in the center of the medallion)–
I already do make religious coins similar to what you’re describing. I made a batch of brass coins about the size of a half dollar or a bit bigger with an image of Mary on one side and the “Hail Mary” prayer on the other for the members of my wife’s book club. I did another with an image of Jesus on one side and the Lord’s Prayer on the other. I did another with the same image of Jesus and on the other side it said “When things get rough, remember you are loved” on the other. I do that kind of thing for free I. I wouldn’t dream of charging for them when they’re gifts for friends like you. I’ll do a couple of examples over the next few days and get back to you.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful response. I truly appreciate your willingness to consider my idea, and I want to clarify something that I had not previously explained.
My thought was not simply to obtain one as a personal gift or keepsake. I was actually thinking about the possibility of obtaining them in larger quantities—perhaps 100 or more at a time—to share with people I encounter through my Street Ministry. I currently use small metallic crosses with artificial rhinestones, which I purchase online in packages of 50, and I thought these might be a meaningful alternative if the idea were feasible.
That being said, I am only exploring the possibility at this point. There is absolutely no urgency or expectation, and I completely understand if the idea turns out to be impractical or unaffordable.
More than anything, I want you to know how genuinely grateful I am that you were willing to consider it. Your thoughtfulness and generosity in even entertaining the possibility mean a great deal to me.
Thank you again, Mr. Farmer, for your kindness and for taking the time to consider my request. Regardless of whether anything comes of the idea, I sincerely appreciate your willingness to help.
John, send me an email at theoldgrouch@grouchyfarmer.com and I’ll get back to you from my real email address and we can talk further. theoldgrouch is a sort of ‘throw-away’ account that gets about 99% spam/scam emails but I’ll watch for something from you and get back to you from my real email account. I could certainly do something like this. I cranked out about 100 metal coin/tokens for the brewery a while back so I can set up for larger production runs. Brass works the best for engraving with this laser. To give you a ballpark idea about cost I’m paying about $1.55 per coin.
I don’t know if I’d call it talent. Sometimes I wonder what’s going on with my brain. I got bored, fired up Photoshop and a couple of hours later I’d found I’d drawn a sort of grinning, anthropomorphic pickle. Then I thought now what the heck do I do with this, and the next thing I knew it had turned into “Mr. Dill” of the fictitious dill pickle marketing board (for all I know there may really be one) and that silly coin.
Like I said I really wonder what’s going on with my brain sometimes. It has a decidedly warped and odd sense of humor.

That would be good marketing, Grouchy. Just seeing the image made me want to eat a dill pickle! Well done.
Best wishes, Pete.
